Well, if you ever heard of the song "Jesus, take the wheel" by Carrie Underwood, you'd be surprised someone has taken this to literal proportions in Lebanon. Surely, Lebanon is a religious country, and the Eastern regions of Beirut are rather Christian (not doing any census, and not counting predominantly Muslim Syrian refugees) - but hey, at the beginning of Kaslik road, someone put a full sign which said "pray the rosary on the road to arrive safe". There, don't bother with the seat belt, don't mind the speed limits, disregard all road signs - I suppose this gives (another - older - song) "livin' on a prayer" a full new meaning. I am not here to denigrate prayer, as I know it is important for those who believe, but this scares me truth be told.
