The Gondole building, right on Raouche. Now no longer there, this
is a remix of old and new photos of it before it went defunct to make way for
new skyscrapers, it was known as the building with the titled ovoid entrance. But
like everything else, it became the victim of a need to glamorize and renew, as
with everything else in Beirut.
