Now to make things worse, McDoland's illustrated the ad with its source products (a bun, a cow, a chicken, lettuce and potato) inside... heart-shaped forms. Because yes, the ad was not tacky enough as it was. Funny, why, instead of buns though they did not picture a wheat stem. But I digress, nothing could save this, or make it palatable (no pun).
