Whereas banks are starting to suffer from
bad loans, BLC Bank is forging ahead with its personal loan offer with 20,000 and 30,000 USD without domiciliation of salary. I have no clue what the terms and conditions are am just here for the ads which say "20,000 reason and reason" or "30,000 reason and reason"... The oddity in the ad is the keyboard and camera or headphone in the ads - up to my knowledge none of these combined is worth that much money - then again what do I know! It is not me taking the loan or placing the (presumably steep) collateral!
