"What did you do during the great war, Mr. Joyce?" the great author James Joyce was asked, his answer was "I wrote Ulysses, what did you do?" - and so there, the Free Patriotic Movement, in the last ditch for the elections is asking "and what did you do?" all while bragging about their own achievements (just to be fair, dams are not environmentally friendly, and the whole oil and gas whatever reeked of nepotism and corruption sadly). Still, they seem to be proud of what they did, even if I am sure they did not write Ulysses, someone else did before them.
