The above chart shows the very haphazard alliances of the elections in Lebanon when we put the Free Patriotic Movement in the middle, of course, this would give the same result if any other party was in the middle simply because they are allied in one place and against each other in another (so much for consistency, principles and logic!). The other table is the number of candidates above 80 years old with Mikhael el Daher - at 90 - being the oldest and Omar Gandour at 89 coming a close second.
If this shows anything, it's how illogical the whole thing is! How can two parties fight in one department and join hands in another?
