Hmmm, apparently too many things are "weakened" so Boutros Harb wants "people to get back the power" and then signs "wisdom and guts" under his name - how this came to that is a bit confusing but I guess it makes sense to himself, and this is what counts. Do note, the case of over-promising is rampant in these elections, so minister Harb is by no means the only one. Still, better than his old "La Force Tranquille" ad.
