January has been full of ads for banks such as this new BSL campaign whereby you only reimburse "the same amount and not a pound more" (no idea about the terms or conditions) and the other ad by Audi Bank whereby you gain an hour of talking over the cell phone by spending 500,000 Lebanese Pounds or more from the 'Lebnene" card.
Since the beginning of the year, banks have occupied what is traditionally an empty month, but OOH has not seen a great year in 2016 judging by how how far and in between campaigns seemed to be on the streets.
