I was not one of the fans of the earlier Demco Steel ad, however their Christmas ad is right on target. OK, not John Lewis or Allegro or Spanish Lottery quality, but the message - more emotional and less fabricated than their earlier ad does strike the correct tone with Father Christmas being the present of the mother (being none other than her expat son). So he does go off again to live in a decent country but this is semantics I guess at this stage.
