In the words of any Lebanese right winger - sorry for the contradiction - "Fidel 7ay fina" (Fidel lives in us!).... To his credit (and I am not forgoing his less than creditable actions), the free healthcare present in Cuba is a model worldwide when the US is still struggling with simple models to cover more people at affordable costs which leaves other nations bewildered in how backward the health system is in the United States.
