Exotica - the confusing Olympics ad

No less than 5 people I know, apart from me, all educated and cosmopolitan failed to decode this ad. Sure, we all understood the "break a record" bit - it's about the Olympics. Now the "break an arm" was the confusing part. What does it mean? If you break a arm you get flowers at the hospital from Exotica? Or did they mean "break a leg" as a way of saying "good luck" to break a record. Frankly, not sure how this ad came to be or the logic behind the second part of the headline. Maybe Exotica tried too hard on this one? It doesn't qualify - pardon the pun!
