Lebanon's history via pop culture 8

Riwayat Abir. The Arabic Harlequin love stories that all respected mothers and aunts had to have with them down in the shelter. Reading them under blankets with torch lights, exchanging them with one another. Still believing that the hunky man in the story will be a substitute for the boring husband or fiancé, or promised suitor. Sweet dreams are made of this, indeed.
