Sagesse University, leaders ahoy.

Sagesse University is positioning itself as a hub for leadership, and why not? At least they are picking a distinct lane to fight in. Interestingly "Universite la Sagesse" was - for a very long time - only centered on law. Until obviously they expanded to other degrees as well. The university was founded by the Maronite Archdiocese of Beirut, and has been around for - according to the ad 150 years (if you look at the logo) or 151 years according to the website. And yes, as I said, there are several faculties at this point and with youth (and their parents) trying to pick a university (as we are in August) from a very crowded and uneven marketplace, Sagesse University is trying to seduce its audience.

Sagesse - what on earth is this?

To be clear I am a proud of alumnus of Sagesse/Hekme Achrafieh school. Also to be clear - what on earth is this?

"You and your heart say Hekme, you and your parents say Hekme, we are now close to you wherever you are" then there is a logo with "basketball and football", a phone number, and also the listing of all the places the club now is on the Lebanese territory. 

All in all, a disaster. Too many words, too little design, no one would even read this going on the highway because it is studded with information and barely attracts any attention. Which is a pity because as I said I would have loved for this to work. But honestly, and quite fairly, it does not.

Sandwich w Noss - right down the basket(ball)

File this under: are you even serious? Wow. Sandwich w Noss goes... viral? Silly? idiotic? nonesense-but-let's-prentend-we-are-funny-when-we-know-we-are-not? Honest, how can even this go online? And for what? A few clicks more and at what cost? Sorry I am being too - harsh. Sure, sure, I am ex-Sagesse Achrafieh student but that is NOT the point. The point is - why did Sandwich w Noss go this low? They are offering players, and the full logistic team, "sahtein" (Arabic for 2 healths) to "make it up for them" losing 4-1 in the final games in front of Riyadi (with the last one 92-77). Well, seriously, Sandwich w Noss has gone off the rails. And again, for what?
