A bit tardy for the party I know. I should have covered this on the 1rst of March. What is interesting about this ad for the Civil Defense is that it links to a previous ad which goes "imagine yourself without them" so this one issued for the International Day of the Civil Defense goes "we told you, imagine yourself without them". Interesting idea - the ad is understood without its predecessor. And yet the wink is cool in its own way.
