Pulp - the farm next door (in greenhouses!)

If I were an agriculture engineer... Wait, I am an agriculture engineer. Yes, yes, I understand farming happens these days under greenhouses, with drip irrigation and what not. But when I saw the ads for Pulp - the new shop in uppity Naccache - I thought this would be based on free-range, hand-picked, and naturally grown ingredients from "the farm next door". Then this image popped up on instagram. Hmmm, well, you can forget about the naturally growing stuff, and the image of some farmer and his wife going up to the mountains at dawn to cut such and such plant or hand-selecting and preparing sumac, or wild thyme or what have you. Well, farms next door require combine harvesters these days I suppose.
