Lebanon's history via pop culture 72

Al Shams building, by architect Joseph Philippe Karam, our own beacon of modernist architecture right there on Raouche, which when played in terms of contrast and remixed a little becomes an offspring of Mondrian. The building might have changed and is now full of insignia on its balconies but those colored balcony edges will forever be tied to Beirut being a la page with all architectural trends worldwide.
